NAME: Court Zabel
Having fallen in love with the mountains of the Pacific Northwest during a visit to Portland, Oregon in 2005, Court has been climbing and mountaineering ever since. He discovered the Mountaineering Section in 2008, and has been climbing with the club ever since. "Thanks to the mentoring and camaraderie of the people in this club, I've gone farther and higher than I ever thought I would when I started climbing."

Name: David B. Giacomin
A
native of Washington, DC, Dave Giacomin has been a member of The
Mountaineering Section of the PATC for the past two years. He rock
climbs, ice climbs, hikes and surfs whenever he can. His true passion is
in high altitude mountaineering and some of his summits include Mt.
Whitney, The Grand Teton and 10+ 14,000 ft peaks in Colorado. He hopes
to climb internationally in the coming years to head above the 14,000ft
range. He lives with his wife and dog near downtown Silver Spring, MD.

NAME: Mark Fletcher
Mark Fletcher has been climbing for 18 years and
has done sport climbing, alpine climbing, trad climbing, aid climbing,
ice climbing, and mountaineering. He has climbed in North America,
South America, Asia, and Europe. Mark grew up in the San Francisco Bay
Area, but has now lived on the East Coast for almost five years. Mark
is a co-owner and Field Service Manager for Turner Designs Hydrocarbon
Instruments in Fresno, California which manufactures, sells, and
services hydrocarbon in water monitors and analyzers. Mark was a
president of the California environmental organization Forests Forever
for 12 years.

NAME: Vincent Penoso
Returned to the area in 1998 and in 1999 was the UPROPE newsletter editor until 2007. During these years he served as secretary (3rd term), vice-chair, gearmeister and webmaster. He was induncted into honorary member status in 2010 for continued service to the club.

Maintains liaison with local and national climbing access organizations. Stays abreast of access issues, informs the PMC membership of the issues, and recommends PMC involvement as appropriate. |

Solicits, evaluates, and make recommendation to the EXCOM to about which proposals should be sponsored bi-annually.

Solicits, coordinates, and organizes training events for the membership throughout the year and posts the details to the club calendar.

Solicits candidates and establishes procedures and deadlines as outlined in the PMC Bylaws. Coordinates the election with the PMC Membership via the PMC membership data-base.

| Publications Editor |
Coordinates, organizes, publishes, and distributes the club newsletter quarterly. Coordinates all publishing, reproduction, and sales of PMC quidebooks and other printed material. Maintains liaison with PATC HQ to maintain inventories of all PMC published materials. |
