The Mountaineering Section of the Potomac Appalachian Trail Club in cooperation with Georgetown University's Outdoor Education Department is proud to present:

This slide show is based on Glen Denny's book, Yosemite in the Sixties, published by Patagonia in 2007. It consists of approximately 130 black and white digital slides showing major climbs of the sixties, important characters of the period (including Royal Robbins, Warren Harding, Chuck Pratt, Yvon Chouinard, and Tom Frost), and the social scene in Camp 4. During the show, Denny discusses the images, gives an insider's view of this important era through stories and anecdotes, and invites questions from the audience. The show is a little over one hour long, plus Q&A.

Please plan on joining us for what should be a wonderful presentation in a spectacular venue! This event is open to the public and everyone is welcome. Donations will be accepted at the door.
